All studio policies will be covered at your session. We will demonstration proper procedure for each step of the wheel throwing process. Where and how to clean your tools and where and how to discard trimming.

PLEASE bring your own towel with you! Sadly, we do not have enough space in the studio to store your unused clay, you will need to bring it home in the bag we supply each week and return with it for the following weeks class. Your thrown pieces will be left at the studio to dry.

Please wear something you do not mind getting dirty. Bring an apron if you choose.

Finishing and picking up Pottery.You will be informed via text or phone call when your pieces are fired. You MUST come back in on your own time (within 2 weeks of contact) to glaze your pieces. We will fire a second time. Your completed pieces MUST be picked up within 30 days of last firing or will be discarded.

Have you ever wanted to try throwing pottery on a wheel? Well, here is your chance. Magic happens when you create something out of nothing with your own hands. No piece is the same, ever! Private Lessons
Private Lesson- One two hour session
This class is for anyone ages 10 and above who have wanted to just TRY throwing on the wheel. It is a one-on-one or two-on-one experience with an instructor. This is a ONE session class. Included in the price is 3 pounds of clay per person, use of all our tools, firing and standard studio glaze. You will be guaranteed 1-3 small pieces. Cost is $60 per person with a maximum of 2 students per session unless approved ahead of time.
Please bring your own towel and wear clothing you do not mind getting dirty.
A deposit of $10 per person is required to hold your spot, with the remainder due at class.

4 Week Lessons
Our 4-Week Wheel Throwing Sessions are for all experience levels, whether you are brand new to this art form or have been throwing for years. Reservations and deposit are mandatory. Classes are once a week. Your fee includes all materials and access to all needed tools. In addition, you will have access to unlimited studio time to practice throwing on the wheel.
